How to Download the App

  1. Download the Admin app from here
    • This app enables you to monitor slaes, inventory & control other things
  2. Create an UZA POS Account using your email
  3. Confirm the email sent to your phone. The email will also have further instructions
  4. Click the link in the email to Finish Registration
  5. Download the Cashier app from here
      This app enables you to:
    • Make sales
    • Record inventory
    • Create categories
  6. Install the Cashier app on the Cashier's phone
  7. Log in to your UZA POS Account on the Cashier app
  8. Chose the shop for which the cashier will be handling
  9. Done! You can now add products and categories

How to Use the App

  1. Log In to the app using your username/email & password
  2. Chose the shop for which the Cashier will be operating
  3. Create categories in the app
  4. Create products and set their categories
  5. Go to Sales
    You can now make sales
    1. Click on the Plus button to add a customer product
    2. Either search for it or Select from the list
    3. Set the Quantity of the product being bought at the Bottom of the Box/Dialog
    4. Click Ok Or Cancel to go back without adding it to the buying list
    5. When done, click the Green Tick Button to complete the transaction
    6. Read the Total to the customer
    7. Enter the amount given by the customer and Click Ok
    8. Give the balance shown
    9. Click Ok again when done with the customer

How to Pay for UZA POS

Using the Phone Number you registered with:
  1. Go to M-PESA Menu
  2. Go to Lipa Na M-PESA
  3. Go to Buy Goods and Service
  4. Enter Till Number 264037
  5. Enter Amount
  6. Enter PIN and confirm the transaction
